NICE are aware that a spam email is being sent to members of the public regarding cancer test results. Please be assured that this email is not from NICE and they are currently investigating its origin. It is advised that people who have received the email - the subject line of which is important blood analysis result - to delete it without opening it and not to click on any links. The matter is being taken very seriously and has been reported to the police

Friends and Family test

The Friends and Family test came online into General Practice on 1st December 2014.  The headline results will be reported on the NHS Choices website. 

The full results and all comments are published monthly by the practice.  (Patients can opt out of allowing their comments to be published when completing the survey- these are omitted from any reporting to respect patients' preferences)

National GP Patient Survey

MORI conduct a national survey of GP patients, and the results are published twice per year, in January and July.

Local Patient Survey

For the past few years the practice has conducted a local survey, the questions being agreed with the Patient Participation Group.  Now the Friends and Family test has gone live, we are no longer conducting a separate patient satisfaction survey.
