We have a patient participation group where you can voice your opinions about the surgery. If you are interested in joining this group please contact the surgery and ask to speak to the practice manager.
The surgery meets around every two months with the group.
We are actively seeking more representation among our student population. If you are a student and would like to get more involved in shaping the services we deliver, and how we deliver them, we would love to hear from you.
Historically, the practice has run a local annual survey. From 1st December 2014, we will be using the Friends and Family test to measure our patients' experience of the care and services we provide, along with looking at the National GP Patient Survey data, and themes from complaints made.
Please click on the links below to find the minutes from recent patient participation group meetings as well as the results from our patient surveys.
The surgery operates a Virtual Patient Participation Group to complement our face to face group meetings. You can ask to receive the agenda and minutes via email, and share your thoughts with the practice management team via email.
We would like to know how we can improve our service to you and how you perceive our surgery and staff.
To help us with this, we are setting up a virtual patient representation group so that you can have your say. We will ask the members of this representative group some questions from time to time, such as what you think about our opening times or the quality of the care or service you received.
We will contact you via email and keep our surveys succinct so it shouldn’t take too much of your time.
So why not join our secure Virtual Patient Group today to help shape the future of your surgery today, and help to make a real difference to the way things are done at your surgery.
We look forward to welcoming you to our virtual secure patient participation group.
